Based on the classic gag manga series by Fujio Akatsuka, Mr. Osomatsu splits up the spotlight across an absurd set of sextuplets, with Osomatsu Matsuno the de facto leader since he just so happens to be the eldest of the bunch. Picking up years after their ’60s anime exploits, the latest spin on the series doesn’t require any knowledge of the source material as it brings the brothers into a modern day setting where they live lazy, jobless lives fueled by their own distinct vices and personality quirks.
From the constant gambling of Osomatsu to the airheaded oblivious nature of Jyushimatsu, you never know what you’re gonna get from one moment to the next with the Matsuno brothers.
