The Rascal Does Not Dream of A Knapsack Kid anime film was recently released in Japan, and now there’s already more Seishun Buta Yarou anime to look forward to in the future. Details are light at the moment, but a new project in the series is in the works to adapt the University Arc that kicked off in 2020 with the light novel titled (in English) Rascal Does Not Dream of a Lost Singer.

The series is based on the novel series written by Hajime Kamoshida and illustrated by Keiji Mizoguchi. Crunchyroll streams the Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai anime and sums up the story as such:
Puberty syndrome – Abnormal experiences rumored on the internet to be caused by sensitivity and instability during adolescence. This year, Sakuta Azusagawa, a second-year student at a high school near Enoshima, meets several girls that are experiencing this “puberty syndrome.” For instance, he meets a wild bunny girl in the library. She turns out to be an actress on hiatus, Mai Sakurajima, who is also his senior at the school. For some reason, no one else can see this enchanting girl. How did she become invisible…?
