Here is an official description for the anime:

Marry Me, Let’s Have a Baby! Plot

At a speed-dating event, Taika hits it off with a woman named Ayano, a doctor who’s eager to have children. However, just as the matching couples are about to be announced, he panics and makes a break for it when his fears about his erectile dysfunction begin to surface…

Later, at an appointment for his condition, Taika is shocked to discover that his doctor is none other than Ayano herself! On top of that, he realizes that when he’s with Ayano, his erectile dysfunction disappears!

Other titles coming from WWWave include Chuhai Lips: Canned Flavor of Married Women and Yandere Dark Elf: She Chased Me All the Way From Another World!

Oh, and if the couple does successfully have a baby, they’ll have to keep in mind Japan’s new baby-naming rules.
