In addition to the upcoming The Garden of Kotonoha, acclaimed director Makoto Shinkai (Voices of a Distant Star, The Place Promised in Our Early Days, 5 Centimeters Per Second) has a new anime short coming out, and some of it can be seen in a recently revealed trailer.

Dareka no Manazashi (Someone’s Gaze) is set to be screened by the Nomura Real Estate Group as part of their Proud Box Thanksgiving presentation. The event will take place at the Tokyo International Forum next month.
