You only get to celebrate anniversaries once, and Macross is doing it up big. One part of its 30th anniversary celebration includes a special hybrid Blu-ray/DVD release of the 1984 film Macross: Do You Remember Love?, scheduled for a July 26 release in Japan.
The movie will be packed with a ton of extras, most notable of which is a PlayStation 3 game, My Boyfriend is a Pilot, on the same Blu-ray disc. There will also be a 90-minute bonus Blu-ray, a full-color booklet, a mini theatrical pamphlet, a mini poster collection, a special box, and more.
