Love Flops Anime Reveals October Premiere in First Trailer

Kadokawa has an original TV anime in the works titled Renai Flops, AKA Love Flops, and it now has a release window. The series is set to kick off its broadcast in Japan this October, and the new announcement came along with more info on the anime’s staff, cast and a promo featuring a preview of the OP theme.

The opening theme song is Konomi Suzuki’s “Love? Reason why!!,” and you can hear a sample in the new trailer below.

The latest cast member is Shiori Izawa, who voices AI robot Raburin:

The staff includes director Nobuyoshi Nagayama (Life Lessons with Uramichi-Oniisan), assistant directors Midori Yui and Fujiaki Asari, series composition and script writer Ryo Yasumoto (Steins;Gate 0), character designer and chief animation director Kazuyuki Ueda (Kinmoza! Kiniro + Mosaic), music composer Kenichiro Suehiro (Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World-) and anime production house Passione.
