Hellsing Manga Ends After 11 Years

Maybe it’s just me, but it seems like quite a few series have been reaching their end this year. In reality, it’s probably just been a couple, and Kouta Hirano’s wild vampire comic Hellsing is the latest of the bunch to close the door on its tale.

The final chapter was published in the November issue of Shonengahosha’s Young King Ours, but Hirano has already proven that he won’t be resting on his laurels. Though there aren’t really any details to go along with this, it’s been stated that he’s planning to begin whatever comes next in early 2009. Let’s hope for more weird baby-eating nazi vampire action, or at least a fraction of that equation.
