Gunjou no Magumeru TV Anime to Adapt Chinese Comic

Gunjou no Magumeru (Ultramarine Magumeru) is a Chinese comic by Dainenbyou, which is also currently published in Japan in Shonen Jump+. The next step for the adventure series is a TV anime adaptation, and Naruto studio Pierrot is on board to handle animation production.

Dainenbyou’s series centers on the exploration craze surrounding a mysterious continent known as Magumeru, which suddenly appeared in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. The protagonist is a young man named Yoh, whose job involves rescuing explorers who find themselves in a bind.

Hayato Date is directing the anime, with Chūji Mikasano on series composition.
