GKIDS and Fathom Events will be behind Ghibli Fest 2021, where it will air the Miyazaki movies Spirited Away, Howl’s Moving Castle, Castle in the Sky and My Neighbor Totoro in theaters.
The movies will only be in theaters for a limited time. Spirited Away will air October 3, 4 and 6; Howl’s Moving Castle will air later that month on October 24, 25 and 28.
Next month Castle in the Sky will air on November 14, 15 and 18.
In the last month of the year, My Neighbor Totoro will air December 5, 6 and 9.
GKIDS advertises exclusive bonus content, but does not say what this will entail.
Tickets for the movies will become available on July 16.
