MAESETSU!—which is a term that refers to a short introduction before a talk show segment, typically performed by rookie comedians or assistant directors—is an upcoming original anime that follows a group of eight girls as they attempt to make it in the comedy world. Now a new promo is here to tease some of the fun to come.
Based on an original story by Mugendai∞, MAESETSU! – Opening Act – has director Yu Nobuta at the helm alongside series composition writer Touko Machida and character designer Katsuzo Hirata. Studio GOKUMI x AXsiZ (Ms. Vampire who lives in my neighborhood) is on animation production, and you can check out some fresh footage below.
