The companies DLE, ABC Frontier, Mash, and helo.inc have all teamed up for the original anime Yoshimaho: Yoshi Yoshi Magic.
The anime takes on a first-person point-of-view, and you, as the lead, are an exhausted adult who misses the carefree days of childhood. A magical pacifier turns the lead into a 5-year-old. And since five-year-olds aren’t expected to take care of themselves, you’re put into a daycare where you’re surrounded by beautiful men who will be taking care of you. The men have the magical words “Yoshi, yoshi” to comfort you, which could be translated as “There, there.”
Some information on the cast as been released: Kentarō Kumagai plays Jun, Takuya Satō plays Sana, Sōma Saitō plays VI, and Toshiki Masuda plays Kai. Shunichi Toki and Tarusuke Shingaki are also in the cast, though their character names have not yet been confirmed.
Who’s ready to go back to daycare?
