Gekijo-ban Utano☆Princesama♪ Maji Love ST☆RISH Tours in U.S. Theaters This Month

The movie Gekijō-ban Utano☆Princesama♪ Maji Love ST☆RISH Tours hit Japanese theaters in September, where it played in more than a hundred different locations. If you don’t live in Japan and were feeling left out, there is some good news: the movie will have a limited release in America, thanks to HIDIVE. After a theatrical release on January 22-23, the movie will be made available on HIVIDE’s streaming services.

Looking toward the movie’s cast, Takuma Terashima plays Otoya Ittoki, Kenichi Suzumura plays Masato Hijirikawa, Kishō Taniyama plays Natsuki Shinomiya, Mamoru Miyano plays Tokiya Ichinose, Junichi Suwabe plays Ren Jingūji, Hiro Shimono plays Shō Kurusu, and
Kousuke Toriumi plays Cecil Aijima.

This movie has been described as being a segment of “new theatrical film series.” It consists of ST☆RISH idol group concert footage, so it’ll be plenty of music, color, and pretty boys. It was produced by A-1 Pictures, with Elements Garden credited for music composition. Credit for being original creators goes to both Noriyasu Agematsu and Broccoli.
