Cherry Arai’s Engaged to the Unidentified manga started its run in Ichijinsha’s Manga 4-Koma Palette magazine back in 2009, ultimately moving to Comic Rex magazine in 2022, and now it has an ending in sight. According to the 15th collected volume of the manga, the series has just one volume to go.

There’s no date in place for what will be the 16th and final volume of the series, so stay tuned for more on when exactly we can expect this one to end.

Sentai Filmworks licensed the TV anime adaptation—which aired in April 2016—and sums up the story:

Not every girl gets what she wants on her 16th birthday, but Kobeni’s gift is something she never saw coming: an arranged marriage! Thanks to her late grandfather, Kobeni’s been engaged to a total stranger since childhood, and even though she’s supposedly met him she doesn’t remember a single thing about him. But when her groom-to-be and his younger sister suddenly move in to her house, Kobeni finds that there’s something off about these new additions to the family.
