Dragon Ball’s Goku is Here to Read You a Story

Everyone’s doing their part to entertain others during the ongoing pandemic, and that includes some of Japan’s biggest anime voice talent. One of the current challenges has voice actors and actresses reading children’s stories for families to listen to together. The latest to get in on the fun is the voice of Goku herself, Masako Nozawa.

Nozawa took to YouTube to join the series with a reading of “The Tale of Grandmother’s Present,” which comes from the Guardian of the Forest Bonolon picture book series. You can hear how she sounds out of character in the reading from the Coamix YouTube channel below.
