More details have been unveiled for the Disney Twisted-Wonderland anime, which was first revealed as an adaptation of the game of the same name back in 2021. Thanks to a showcase event in Singapore, we now know that the anime will run for three seasons, starting with the “Episode of Heartslabyul” story in October 2025.
The seasons that follow will be “Episode of Savanaclaw” and “Episode of Octavinelle,” but there aren’t dates in place for those at the moment.
Takahiro Natori (Tokyo Mew Mew New) is serving as chief director and series composition writer. Shin Katagai (The Ossan Newbie Adventurer, Trained to Death by the Most Powerful Party, Became Invincible) directs, with Haruka Nakano and Akane Sato adapting Black Butler creator Yana Toboso’s original character designs for the Yumeta Company and Graphinica production.
