Akebi’s Sailor Uniform Anime Premieres January 8

Based on Hiro’s school manga of the same name, the AKEBI’s Sailor Uniform (Akebi-chan no Sailor-fuku) anime is on the way to TV in Japan. The official website came through with a fresh update this week, lining its premiere up for January 8, 2022.

Featuring direction by Miyuki Kuroki (THE iDOLM@STER SideM) and series composition by Rino Yamazaki (DARLING in the FRANXX), the coming-of-age tale follows protagonist Komichi Akebi and her classmates at a prestigious girls’ junior high school.
