July 2024 premiere plans were recently announced for the second part of the Nier:Automata Ver 1.1a anime, and now a concrete launch date has been confirmed. According to the anime’s staff, the second cours is set to go live on July 5.
A full version of the new key visual from Jun Nakai, who serves as the anime’s character designer and chief animation director, was also shared:
