Aw, poor cat! In May 2022, we learned Hitsuji Yamada’s manga The Masterful Cat is Depressed Again Today was getting the anime treatment. Today we learned more details about the anime adaptation, including a debut month, plus who’s starring in and working on it.
First off: July 2023 is when we can expect to see the masterful but depressed neko on screen.
Now to the cast: Hiroki Yasumoto will voice the cat, whose name is Yukichi, and Yui Ishikawa will voice office worker Saku Fukuzawa.
