That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime the Movie: Scarlet Bond
is headed our way soon, and now we’ve got a fresh new trailer.

The film, which is due out November 25 in Japan, is a new original story which takes Rimuru and his pals to a country called Raja west of Tempest.

It features many of the same creative talents behind the show, including season 1 director Yasuhito Kikuchi and screenwriter Kazuyuki Fudeyasu.

The trailer includes a preview of the film’s theme song, “Make Me Feel Better” by MindaRyn.

Early viewers in Japan will get their hands on a special “volume 0” of manga by Fuse and Taiki Kawakami.

Crunchyroll has announced plans to for a theatrical release of That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime the Movie: Scarlet Bond in all major territories outside of Asia in early 2023.

Here’s how Funiroll describes the first season of That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime:

Average 37-year-old Minami Satoru dies and is reincarnated as the most unremarkable creature imaginable—a slime. Initially, things are pretty grim. He’s blind, deaf, and weak. But by combining his two special abilities, “Predator” and “Great Sage,” the newly named, Rimuru Tempest, will use his blobby powers to gain both friends and foes alike in a diverse new world.
