The ongoing Date A Live IV anime is getting ready to add to its cast. Episode 9 premieres on May 27, and with it comes the debut of Yumiri Hanamori (Ai Hayasaka in Kaguya-sama: Love is War) as Nibelcole. You can see what the character looks like in the image above.
Date A Live IV first premiered on the AT-X channel in Japan on April 8, and Crunchyroll has been streaming new episodes as they debut each week both subtitled and dubbed.
Here’s the official synopsis:
Ordinary high school boy Shido discovers a mysterious girl at ground zero of a recent spacequake. Shido learns, through his sister Kotori, that the girl is one of the Spirits: mystical creatures responsible for the spacequakes. Shido is recruited to help “seal” the sprits and end their threat to mankind. There’s just one catch: the only way to seal a spirit—is to make her fall in love with you.
