Eiko Mutsuhana’s colorfully titled light novel—Return from Death: I Kicked the Bucket and Now I’m Back at Square One With a Boyfriend Who Doesn’t Remember Me (AKA Shinimodori no Mahō Gakkō Seikatsu o, Moto Koibito to Prologue kara (Tadashi Kōkando wa Zero))—is officially on the way to audiences in English. Cross Infinite World announced plans to release the novel in digital form with new cover art, setting it up for a September 30 worldwide launch.
The Return from Death light novel started its serialization via the Shosetsuka ni Naro website in October 2020, coming to an end in January of this year. There’s also a manga adaptation on the way, and Cross Infinite World’s new novel cover features art by Hiyori Asahikawa.

Life seemed perfect for Oriana after she started dating Vincent in the winter of her fifth year at the academy. Little did she know, her beloved would soon die under suspicious circumstances.
