Shaman King Creator Whips Up New Art for Exhibition

The 20th anniversary celebration continues for Hiroyuki Takei’s Shaman King series, and one of the big aspects of the milestone party involves an original art exhibition in Tokyo. Original manga art—both black and white and color drawings—and other items will be on display when the event kicks off on November 23 and runs until December 4, with visits to Osaka and Aomori to follow up through May of next year.

To mark the occasion, Takei put together a brand new illustration to serve as the exhibition’s key visual. You can see a bunch of your favorite characters in the unique piece of art below.

Those who attend will get a random colored paper out of the five pictured below.

¥3,500 limited edition advance tickets are on sale with a tote bag and celluloid sheet.
