Though the story is different from that of the upcoming anime, Ukyō Kodachi and Tatsuma Ejiri’s Infini-T Force manga is making its way to English audiences. Udon Entertainment announced its license of the series, with plans to release the first volume this September.
Ahead of that, a special pre-release version, limited to just 300 copies, will make its debut at July’s Anime Expo. The limited edition features a special laminated soft-touch cover with 3D spot gloss and silver foil logos, and those who pick it up will also get one of four exclusive clear files.
Here’s a look at the cover from Udon’s Facebook page:
The Infini-T Force manga kicks off with an imperiled plea from Emi, a girl whose pencil can grant any wish. When she ends up in a convenience store during a robbery, she uses the pencil to wish for a hero. She gets more than she bargained for when four heroes appear, and the future will never be the same.
Those who want to check out the Infini-T Force anime—which celebrates Tatsunoko Productions’ 55th anniversary when it officially debuts in October—can do so early at AX. The world premiere will be held at 5:30pm on Saturday, July 1, with director Kiyotaka Suzuki and voice actor Tomokazu Seki on hand for the showing.
