LA Animation Festival Will Premiere Redline and Midori-ko

If you’re looking for a place to catch the Los Angeles premiere of Takeshi Koike’s Redline, look no further than this year’s Los Angeles Animation Festival.

The festival will screen Redline on December 5, both at 12:15 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., marking the official Los Angeles premiere of the MADHOUSE-animated film.

Also screening on December 5 is Keita Kurosaka’s Midori-ko, a film rendered entirely in pencil. The feat, which took Kurosaka 10 years to accomplish (actually, 13 if you go by this trailer), can be experienced by all at its 4:30 p.m. festival screening.
