FUNimation Adjusts One Piece Simulcast Time

November 6, 2009 Don’t be alarmed if you attempt to tune in to the One Piece stream over at FUNimation this weekend only to find Luffy and co. adrift somewhere in the wild seas of the Internet. Since Japan doesn’t switch up for our wacky Daylight Savings Time, we’re now at a temporal crossroads that can only be surmounted by… waiting an hour.
That’s right, starting Saturday, November 7th, One Piece will be simulcasting at 8:00 p.m. CST. If everything goes according to plan, that’s when you’ll be getting a load of episode 425. Man, I have to check my facts every time I relay an episode number for that show… it’s pretty staggering!
