July 10, 2008 Fans of j-rock outfit X Japan, who’ve had their fair share of contributions to the anime music world over the years in addition to their own album work, will be relieved to know that the rocking continues after some health issues with lead-man Yoshiki Hayashi that had previously thrown an unfortunate monkey wrench in their plans.
Kicking off in France, X will be heading to the Palais Omnisports de Paris Bercy sports center on November 22, with dates to follow in Taiwan and Korea. North American fans won’t be left out in the cold, though, as they’re still planning on hitting up New York on their globe-trotting phantasmagoric musical adventure (a completely made-up classification by me that is in no way endorsed by the band, but probably should be).
Any X Japan fans here? I’m betting so, and we’ll try to keep you posted on further updates on their tour!
