The 13th Precure TV anime, Witchy PreCure!, is getting a sequel series, and now we know its official title and premiere timing. Maho Tsukai Precure!! ~MIRAI DAYS~ is set to debut on ABC TV/TV Asahi networks’ midnight programming block ANiMAZiNG!!! on January 11, 2025.
The official website opened to deliver the news, complete with the tagline “The magical word, ‘Cure Up RaPaPa!’ The two times (the future) are now connected!”
The sequel was first revealed in March 2023.
The original Witchy PreCure! anime aired for 50 episodes in Japan from February 2016 to January 2017. Here’s how Toei Animation describes it:
Mirai Asahina, a thirteen-year-old girl who is excited by various things, goes with her stuffed doll Mofurun to investigate a mysterious object that fell from the sky. There, she meets a young magician named Riko who is searching for something known as the Linkle Stone Emerald.
