Wallace & Gromit Studio Aardman Produces Pokémon Project

Wallace & Gromit Studio Aardman Produces Pokémon ProjectAardman, the stop-motion studio behind Wallace & Gromit and Shaun the Sheep, is getting into the Pokémon game. The studio is working with the Pokémon Company on a new project that’s been teased for 2027. Take a look at the preview below.

This isn’t the first stop-motion collab for Pokémon. There’s also the Netflix series Pokémon Concierge, which is animated at Japan’s Dwarf Studios. That series debuted in late 2023, and there are reportedly more episodes in production.

Here’s looking forward to what Aardman cooks up in the far-flung future year of 2027 (wait, that’s only two years from now??). Hopefully they wear the right trousers.
