Earlier this month, we reported on voice actor Hiro Shimono undergoing treatment for COVID-19. At the time, the voice actor had been diagnosed, with follow-up observations planned, and now we’re happy to pass along the news that Shimono is preparing to return to work.
According to the latest update, the actor behind such voices as Dabi in My Hero Academia and Zenitsu in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, among many others, has made a full recovery. Shimono will officially be back to work on July 13, and right before that he made the straightforward post of “I’m back!” on Twitter.
