Titan Manga Releases for February 2025

Titan Manga is releasing Speed Grapher and more next month!

Titan Manga is preparing their release slate for early 2025! Next month sees lots of new titles coming out, including more volumes of ATOM: The Beginning and Working for God in a Godless World. Besides these continuing titles, they’re kicking off three new series—one of which will be familiar to anime fans of a certain age! Read on to see what’s coming and how these first volumes stack up.

Sword of the Titans, Vol. 1

Sword of the Titans

Kishidashiki brings epic magical action to the Titan Manga library with Sword of the Titans. In this fantastical world, humans and deities live in harmony, traveling the world in floating ships and slaying massive monsters to harvest their bounty. But only a god can slay a monster, which doesn’t sit right with young Tsuchimaru. And when his community’s deity falls, he seeks out a new goddess and a way that humans can contribute to the fight.

Sword of the Titans has impressive worldbuilding, complete with blueprints of the magic-propelled ships. The art is dense but the character designs are beautiful, and the (literally) larger-than-life deities are especially gorgeous. This is a must-read for wuxia fans especially, and an interesting take on the already densely packed monster-fighting genre.

Sword of the Titans Vol. 1 goes on sale February 11

Speed Grapher Vol. 1

Speed Grapher

Fans of supernatural suspense anime Speed Grapher will want to pick up this new release from Titan Manga! Gonzo’s original anime series premiered almost 20 years ago, in April 2005. The manga adaptation by Tomozo followed in September of the same year. Now, you can relieve this snappy series about a wartime photographer who develops a strange and deadly power.

When Saiga goes undercover in Tokyo’s Roppongi Club, he discovers a debauched cult centered on a girl named Kagura. Her touch bestows strange powers—and soon, Taiga finds himself literally shooting with his camera. As he takes on other superpowered individuals, he tries to protect Kagura and get to the bottom of Tokyo’s bizarre supernatural occurrences. This series is definitely on the mature side, full of both sex and violence, but an exciting read for those who dare.

Farewell, My Odin Vol. 1

Farewell, My Odin

Fans of Vinland Saga will want to give this new Titan Manga release a try! Set in 11th century England, Farewell, My Odin follows the blood-soaked feud between Luke and Einarr—two fierce fighters from very different worlds. Raised by wolves and adopted by a priest, Luke watches Einarr’s army destroy the only human family he ever knew. But, while his wolvish upbringing allows him to identify each human by scent, Luke senses no scent of humanity on Einarr.

As the years go by, Luke earns the epithet “Hildólfr.” Accompanied by his wolf brothers, he dispenses justice and hunts Einarr. But the white-haired warrior has had trials of his own, and he’ll kill anyone who stands in his way. Vinland Saga creator Mokoto Yukimura, and within one volume, you’ll understand why. The art is gorgeous, the story is compelling and emotional, and even the villain of the piece has a clear drive. It’s an exciting read from start to finish.
