More info on the next steps for the SPY x FAMILY anime were revealed during this weekend’s AnimeJapan 2023 event, including SPY x FAMILY season 2 premiere plans. The continuation was first announced along with a movie back when the first season ended in December, and now we know to expect the continuation this October.
As for the film, which is now titled SPY x FAMILY CODE: White, the feature will open in Japan on December 22, 2023, with SPY x FAMILY episode director Takashi Katagiri at the helm. TV anime director Kazuhiro Furuhashi is supervising the film while working on the second season, and Kazuaki Shimada is returning on character designs for both.
