The hundredth volume of the One Piece manga is scheduled to come out before 2021 ends, and the ninety-ninth volume is being released this June in Japan. As a way to celebrate this, one hundred taxis in Tokyo are getting One Piece themed artwork in their windows.
Each piece of art will be different, and they will all come from panels from the manga. They include important scenes, such as when Luffy originally declares that he’s going to be the pirate king.
This event is being put on by technology company Canvas’ digital image window displays and the taxi service S. Ride, and it debuts in real time on the last day of May.
How would you like to ride around in a One Piece taxi?
