Kei Toume’s dramatic manga series Yesterday wo Utatte, AKA Sing “Yesterday” for Me, is set to premiere in Japan on April 4. The series follows Rikuo Uozume, who’s having trouble finding work after graduating from university, and ends up entangled in a love triangle between himself and the anime’s two leading ladies, Haru and Shinako.
With a little over a week to go before the premiere, the official YouTube channel went ahead and offered up an early look at the first episode’s opening six minutes.
Yoshiyuki Fujiwara (NEW GAME!!) directs the adaptation, with Jin Tanaka (Go! Princess PreCure) on the screenplay at anime production house Doga Kobo.
