Seven Seas Licenses Magical Girl Apocalypse Manga
Kentarō Satō’s Magical Girl Apocalypse (Mahou Shoujo of the End) has been described as “Junko Mizuno meets H.R. Giger.” At least that’s how English manga publisher Seven Seas went about hinting at its latest license, which will bring the series to North America starting in October.
Magical Girl Apocalypse is an ongoing series that kicked off in Akita Shoten’s Bessatsu Shonen Champion magazine in 2012. The story follows average high school students whose lives are turned upside down when a magical girl appears at their school and caves in their teacher’s skull before moving on to the other classmates.
