Sentai Adds Triage X, My Love Story!! Anime

Sentai Filmworks added a couple more spring anime series to its lineup this week, with the latest being Triage X and MY Love Story!!. Both shows are being added to select digital outlets, with home video releases to follow.

Triage X is based on the manga by High School of the Dead‘s Shouji Sato. Akio Takami and Takao Kato (Rio – Rainbow Gate!, To Love-Ru) direct, with Katsuhiko Takayama (Baka and Test, Aldnoah.Zero) on series composition.

Here’s how one of Triage X‘s digital outlets, Crunchyroll, describes the story:

Mochizuki General Hospital boasts some of the most well-trained (and well-endowed) nurses in town. But though these ladies spend much of their day battling sickness, their after-hours are spent fighting a very different sort of disease…Under the leadership of the hospital chairman, a handful of staff members and local teenagers form a group of mercenary assassins, targeting the “cancers” of society and excising those individuals before their wickedness spreads.

MY Love STORY!! is directed by Morio Asaka (Chihayafuru, Cardcaptor Sakura), with series composition by Natsuko Takahashi (Nura: Rise of the Yokai Clan, Gakuen Heaven).

Sentai’s description:

From original creators Aruko and Kazune Kawahara, this romantic comedy series introduces the loveable Takeo Gouda, a giant guy with a giant heart who’s (love) life is about to take an incredible turn.
