Check out Samurai 8, the Upcoming Manga by Naruto Author Masashi Kishimoto

Have you been dying to find out what project Naruto author Masashi Kishimoto plans to tackle next? This weekend’s Jump Festa ’19 event brought some interesting news for the creator, who announced a new sci-fi manga called Samurai 8.

Kishimoto won’t be handling this one on his own, though. He’s writing the series, while illustrator Akira Ōkubo handles the art. Samurai 8 is currently scheduled to launch in spring of 2019, and you can see a teaser trailer and illustration below.
