The Quintessential Quintuplets Movie (known as Eiga Gotōbun no Hanayome in Japanese) is hitting theaters in America and Canada tomorrow, December 2, thanks to Crunchyroll. The movie will be available to watch both dubbed and subbed, and a dubbed trailer just dropped.

Here is the English cast: Lindsay Seidel plays Ichika Nakano, Jill Harris plays Nino Nakano, Felecia Angelie plays Miku Nakano, Bryn Apprill plays Yotsuba Nakano, Tia Ballard plays Itsuki Nakano, Josh Grelle plays Futaro Uesugi, and Terri Doty plays younger Futaro Uesugi.

Crunchyroll gave this description of the film:

“When five lovely young girls who hate studying hire part-time tutor Futaro, he guides not only their education but also their hearts. Time spent has brought them all closer, with feelings growing within the girls and Futaro. As they finish their third year of high school and their last school festival approaches, they set their sights on what’s next. Is there a future with one of them and Futaro?”

The movie first came out in Japan in May. On December 7 and 8 it will come out in the UK and Ireland, and next year it will be released in Germany, Hungary, Poland, Romania, and the Czech Republic.

The original The Quintessential Quintuplets manga was published in Weekly Shonen Magazine between 2017 and 2020, resulting in fourteen books. Kodansha, which publishes the manga in English, gave this description of it:

“One day, a poor high school second-year named Futaro Uesugi comes across a private tutoring gig with good pay. But his pupils are his classmates!! And they’re quintuplets!! A-and they’re all gorgeous girls, but they’re also troublemakers who hate to study and are on the verge of flunking out! And his first task is simply gaining the sisters’ trust?! Every day is a party! The curtain is rising on the Nakano quintuplets’ quirky romantic comedy with five times the cute!!”
