A sequel was announced for the Our Last Crusade or the Rise of a New World anime back in October 2021, and now we finally have another look at the second season. Check out the promo from Kadokawa’s weekend event and read on for more about the staff involved.
Our Last Crusade or the Rise of a New World season 2 has Yuki Inaba (KamiKatsu: Working for God in a Godless World) directing at Studio Palette and SILVER LINK, the former of which is also credited with series composition. Character designs are being handled by Kaori Yoshikawa and Elements Garden is composing music.
Crunchyroll already plans to stream the new season, which is set to air sometime in 2024 after a delay that pushed it out of 2023.
Yen Press publishes the original Our Last Crusade or the Rise of a New World light novel series—written by Kei Sazane and featuring illustrations by Ao Nekonabe—in English. Here’s the official synopsis:
