Being a bi-monthly magazine tends to always leave people waiting and wondering when the next new issue of Otaku USA will arrive. For the moment, that wait is over, as our June 2015 issue has arrived on newsstands today. If you can’t make it to a brick and mortar store which sells magazines, you can pick it up at our online store, here.
Kill La Kill finally gets cover-feature attention in this issue, though its been featured elsewhere in the mag multiple times. We take our first look at Durarara!! and Soul Eater in…possibly, years? and the are also features on Tokyo Ravens and The World God Only Knows.
The manga preview section includes 16 pages each from Blade Dance of the Elementalers and Aquarion Evol. This issue also comes shrink-wrapped with a sample of the Final Fantasy Type-0 manga. Click here for a full list of contents.
In the future if you’re itching to know when the next issue will arrive, check the bottom right corner of the previous issue, under the bar code. The text that says “Retailer Display Until…” indicates to stores when they should rotate out the old issue and put copies of the new issue out.
In this case, the next issue should be out around May 25th. See you then!
