There are plenty of virtual YouTubers out there, but wouldn’t it be great if Luffy and Usopp from One Piece had a shot at the streaming big-time? While you won’t see them Vtubing for real any time soon, Luffy voice actress Mayumi Tanaka and Usopp voice actor Kappei Yamaguchi got together with some motion-capture gear in an effort to make virtual YouTubers out of them both.
