One Piece Anime Special Has a Big Announcement in Store

Along with the debut of the next One Piece anime special, which we posted about earlier this month, will be a “big announcement.” According to the latest issue of the Japanese Weekly Shonen Jump, One Piece: Adventure in Nebulandia will conclude with an important announcement, and it’s anyone’s guess as to what that might be.

The post over at One Piece Podcast serves as a helpful reminder that the last time One Piece teased a “big announcement” it ended up being the reveal of the summer 2016 One Piece movie.

In other Adventure in Nebulandia doings, it was recently revealed that singer Namie Amuro will perform the theme of the special, which premieres in Japan on December 19.
