Netflix Gets Classic Pokémon Anime

The Pokémon Company and Netflix have teamed up to make a bunch of people happy. A variety of Pokémon anime is coming to the service, and you’ll be able to start watching it this weekend.

Chief among the upcoming additions is the classic first season of the TV anime, Pokémon: Indigo League, which will be available to Netflix members in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Ireland.

Folks outside of those regions won’t be left empty handed. The Pokémon Black & White series and two anime films (Pokémon the Movie: Black—Victini and Reshiram and Pokémon the Movie: White—Victini and Zekrom) will be available to members in all Netflix territories.

This all kicks off on Saturday, March 1, so it’s right around the corner.
