My Hero Academia Season 7 Videos Unveil New Opening, Ending

My Hero Academia Season 7 first premiered on May 4 and introduced new theme songs, and now it’s time to make way for another set of opening and ending tunes. The new My Hero Academia opening song has Yuuri performing “Curtain Call,” while the new ending song has Zarame performing “Rokutosei” (“Class 6 Star”).

It was previously revealed that Kohei Horikoshi’s My Hero Academia manga is set to come to an end on August 5, 2024. This came shortly after Horikoshi announced that the series was entering its epilogue.

My Hero Academia is being made at BONES, with Naomi Nakayama helming the project as director. Kenji Nagasaki, the series director, is going to be the Chief Director this time around. Yusuke Kuroda is back to write the scripts, and credit for character design goes to Yoshihiko Umakoshi and Hitomi Odashima.

VIZ Media publishes the original manga by Kohei Horikoshi and gave this description for the first volume:

Middle school student Izuku Midoriya wants to be a hero more than anything, but he hasn’t got an ounce of power in him. With no chance of ever getting into the prestigious U.A.
