Now that the My Hero Academia manga is over, the My Hero Academia final season is on the horizon for the anime. Following the final episode of season 7, plans for season 8 were announced along with confirmation that it will be the last one, covering the story through to the end.
As of this writing, the final season of the My Hero Academia anime is scheduled for sometime in 2025. You can see a teaser and visual below.

Kohei Horikoshi’s My Hero Academia manga is came to an end on August 5, 2024. This came shortly after Horikoshi announced that the series was entering its epilogue.
The anime is being made at BONES, with Naomi Nakayama helming the project as director. Kenji Nagasaki, the series director, will continue to be the Chief Director for the My Hero Academia final season. Yusuke Kuroda is on scripts, and credit for character design goes to Yoshihiko Umakoshi and Hitomi Odashima.
