The Mr. Villain’s Day Off anime is on the way to adapt the comedy manga by Yu Morikawa, and a new teaser visual has arrived to offer up another quick peek. Yoshinori Okada (BEM) is directing the series, with Midori Goto (Smile of the Arsnotoria the Animation) on series composition and Tomomi Shimazaki (sub-character design for A Couple of Cuckoos) handling character designs for the Shin-Ei Animation and SynergySP production, so let’s take another look at said villain—voiced by Shintaro Asanuma—in the visual below.
Manga UP! publishes the English version of the original manga digitally and describes it like so:
An Evil Organization from another planet is trying to take over Earth. An extraterrestrial from that organization named the “General” tirelessly fights against Earth’s defenders every single day in a battle of life and death!
However, today is his day off.
