FUNimation has since added more cast members to the mix, including Johnny Yong Bosch (Lelouch in Code Geass) as Makoto Tachibana, Todd Haberkorn (Natsu in Fairy Tail) as Haruka Nanase, and Vic Mignogna (Edward Elric in Fullmetal Alchemist) as Rin Matsuoka.

FUNimation is gradually rolling out English dub cast announcements for Free! Eternal Summer, with one new cast member to be revealed each day from November 10 through November 16. The fun kicked off yesterday with the announcement that J. Michael Tatum is voicing Rei, and the second voice was revealed today.
The latest actor to join the cast is Greg Ayres (Kaoru Hitachiin in Ouran High School Host Club, Denmark in Hetalia), who will voice the penguin-loving founder of Iwatobi Swim Club, Nagisa Hazuki.
