More Disastrous Life of Saiki K. Anime in the Works

The next year or so will be another big one for Shūichi Asō’s The Disastrous Life of Saiki K. manga. Not only is the live-action movie adaptation set to open in Japan this October, but a new anime is currently in the works.

News about the new production comes from early looks at next week’s issue of Shonen Jump magazine. There isn’t much further info at the moment, but the second anime adaptation is planned for 2018.

The Disastrous Life of Saiki K. was previously adapted into a TV anime that ran in the summer and fall seasons of 2016.
