Utahime Dream is a media mix project that has idols performing a combination of original songs and covers from throughout the Showa, Heisei and Reiwa eras. Now it’s officially branching off into the world of animation with the announcement of a TV anime series.

Details on staff and release window have yet to be divulged, but you can see the announcement teaser video and an overview of who’s voicing who in the main cast below.

The main cast of the Utahime Dream anime includes:

• Anna Suzuki as Maika Sakuragi
• Arisa Sonohara as Kiyomi Mashiro
• Kaya as HiREN
• Karin Isobe as Hikari Mizutsuki
• Tomomi Jiena Sumi as Rin Takagi
• Reo Kurachi as Himawari Hagiwara
• Yume Takeuchi as SAKURAKO
