Back in August we got the first word of an anime adapting Mechanical Marie, known in Japan as Kikaijikake no Marie. Now a teaser trailer is here along with fall release plans and the main cast and staff behind it.
The adaptation of Aki Akimoto’s manga has Junji Nishimura (Bakuon!!) at the helm, with Mariko Kunisawa (Berserk of Gluttony) on scripts and Yoko Kikuchi (The Demon Prince of Momochi House) on character designs for the Zero-G and Lieber production. Music comes courtesy of Yasuharu Takanashi and Johannes Nilsson.
The main cast includes Nao Toyama as Marie and Haruki Ishiya as Arthur.

Marie, a former martial artist, has a new job as the personal maid of Arthur, the heir to a large conglomerate. However, Arthur is ruthless and hates people of the highest order, so Marie has to pretend to be a robot to work for him!
