HIDIVE recently announced plans to stream the Loner Life in Another World anime as it airs this fall, and now we have our first full trailer for the adaptation. The anime takes Shoji Goji’s light novel series of the same name and brings it to the screen this October, and you can see a sample of how it’s shaping up along with a preview of Yoshino’s opening song, “ODD NUMBER,” in the trailer.

The anime’s ending song will have Kujiragi performing “Hello to Goodbye” (“Hello and Goodbye”).

Akio Kazumi (Fist of the Blue Sky Regenesis) is directing the Loner Life in Another World anime, with Kenta Ihara (Ishura) on series composition and Keiya Nakano (Keijo!!!!!!!!) handling character designs for the Hayabusa Film and Passione production.

Loner Life in Another World Synopsis
After getting isekai’d into another world with his entire high school class, “God” offers Haruka and his peers their choice of special powers so they can become fantasy heroes. But Haruka accidentally missed the power selection period, and now he’s stuck with the leftover abilities his classmates refused to take! Seemingly underpowered, he makes use of his unwanted skills to live a (surprisingly comfortable) life as a lone wolf…but his classmates soon learn their “superior” abilities aren’t as great as they’re cracked up to be, and Haruka may have to come to their rescue using ingenuity, creativity, and the leftover powers his classmates once snubbed.
